Once your flight arrives, we kindly ask that you proceed to the baggage claim area in a timely manner. We provide a 45-minute grace period after landing to allow time for restroom stops and luggage retrieval. If you believe you may need additional time, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your driver’s schedule accordingly. This helps us ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for you and other guests. Please note that delays beyond the 45-minute window may result in an additional fee of $20 per 30 minutes, which will be added automatically to your reservation. We actively monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight lands earlier than expected, we’ll do our best to arrange an earlier pickup. If that’s not possible, your original scheduled time will remain in place.
To help us provide the best experience for all our valued guests, we kindly request that your entire group be ready to depart at the scheduled pick-up time. As our drivers follow a carefully planned daily schedule, delays may affect other reservations throughout the day. Please ensure that all passengers and belongings are prepared and waiting at the designated location at the agreed time. A 10-minute courtesy window is included in your reservation. If no one from your party is present after this window, the driver may need to move on to their next assignment. In such instances, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the fare will be non-refundable. If the schedule allows, the driver may wait beyond the grace period. A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes will apply, with a maximum wait time of 30 minutes.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of $20 is required. Upon payment of the deposit, please note that any cancellation will incur a fee of $10 per booking. Full payment for the trip will be charged three days prior to the trip date. Once the full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. However, the amount paid can be credited to your account and used toward future bookings within one year from the date of the original trip.
Upon your arrival, you will receive a text message from your assigned driver. Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area. If you do not receive any communication from your driver, please remain inside the airport and contact us immediately. We will assist in directing your driver to your location.
For all international arrivals, an additional fee of $20 applies. Your designated driver will be waiting at the airport until you clear customs, regardless of any delays. To ensure smooth communication, our drivers use WhatsApp to coordinate pickups. Please ensure your WhatsApp is active and accessible upon arrival.
A surcharge of $25 will be automatically applied to all reservations with pickup times scheduled after 10:00 PM and before 7:00 AM.
